Training Methodology
JBS Training has been providing bespoke professional training to banks and finance executives since 2009. Since then, the company has delivered a wide range of highly successful bespoke courses for some of the world’s leading banks and financial institutions.
Our courses are tailored to the professional level and particular needs of your professional staff, to ensure that all training workshops delivered are highly applicable to your staff’s every day work needs. We also provide public courses on a regular basis where individuals or small groups of finance executives may participate in our specific training programmes.
All JBS Training programmes are run as intensive workshops drawing primarily on direct financing, banking and risk analysis for the business and banking conditions in our clients’ regions of operation. The workshops are designed with active delegate participation as a core theme of the workshop.
As concepts are introduced and reviewed at each stage of each workshop, pre-selected case studies are introduced from a range of key sectors in which the delegates operate. Heavily based on real world case study project work and analysis, delegates in their project teams, will be required to analyse a number of corporate case studies and provide solutions for their financing requirements. At the request of our clients, and at only a small additional fee we frequently include their own client companies in our training workshops.
Online and In Class Training
Since the Covid 19 Pandemic, JBS Training provides all its training programmes in both online or in class training formats. The online training provided is highly interactive with feedback from existing clients confirming the high quality of our online training programmes.
These remain highly popular with our clients because of the quality of the training that these programmes offer combined with their cost effectiveness and the flexibility that online training can offer delegates. Typical online training days will comprise three or four training hours which enables delegates to continue to develop their knowledge and skills while still focusing on their work responsibilities during the day.
