This programme provides the delegates with a detailed understanding of the practical application of company valuation techniques through excel modelling. It will be assessed value versus price, growth valuations versus value as well as company techniques, the perspective of techniques, the central importance of risk in company valuations, free cash flow dynamics and the relationship between FCF, ROC and IRR.
