Where JBS Training differs from other training companies is that all our staff and relationship managers are former bankers. They therefore fully understand the training needs of our banking clients and can tailor banking products and courses to perfectly fit those needs.

A central part of our programme design stage involves a JBS dedicated training team visiting and working with both the Learning and Development departments as well as senior members of our banking client’s banking and treasury teams to fully understand the Bank’s training and banking strategies going forward. This is highly important so that we can design training programmes that underpin and augment the client’s banking strategy. Frequently the JBS client dedicated team also contribute to the overall curricula design phase for banking clients in rolling our training programmes over a number of years.
